Charlie Brooker on eBooks

This is little more than a post to refer you to a good article by Charlie Brooker (someone I’ve only recently started to read), over at the Guardian. He’s discussing eBooks, and this line about the new Kindle’s ability to read the book out-loud for you, was pretty good:

“It can also read books aloud, which is great if, like me, you've spent years wondering how the great works of literature might sound if recited by a depressed robot.”

In general, he makes a lot of good points about the pros and cons of the Kindle and eBook technology as a whole. Well worth reading, you can find the article here.
